• Change SSID, administrator user name and password (if applicable)

• Network up to 3 compatible computers or devices
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, including reconfiguration and reconnection to the internet

Can’t wait to get wireless in your home? Let our expert technicians set up and connect your wireless router to your existing modem and update your router firmware. We will change the SSID, administrator user name and password (if applicable), as well as enabling network encryption for enhanced security. We will network up to 3 compatible computers or devices, including file sharing and print servers, network ready printers, TV’s, game consoles, Apple home theater equipment, VoIP devices, TiVo, media center extenders and Slingbox. Finally, we will ensure proper connectivity, and troubleshoot as necessary. If needed, we will reconfigure and reconnect to the internet to make sure you can begin enjoying wireless networking as soon as possible!

Additional specifics:

• Customer must have functioning internet service provider
• PC must be functioning and be free of any viruses, spyware and malware
• Hardware and software must be provided by the customer
• Computer hardware/software repair or troubleshooting may be purchased for an additional fee
