The Systemax G45 Server is designed to be an entry level, cost effective, file and print server. This server is built with the SOHO customer in mind, offering an affordable solution to meet the customer’s file, print and entry level application serving needs.

The G45 Server offers ease of use and robust performance without taxing an already tight budget. This unit is versatile enough to suit the entry-level networking needs of the small business customer.

Functionality

The G45 server’s features and performance is centered on the MSI G45M Digital motherboard. The CPU, being the cornerstone of the server’s performance capabilities, is the Pentium Dual Core E5300 processor. It integrates an 10/100/1000 Ethernet adapter, as well as a second PCI Gigabit Ethernet adapter for implementing Small Business Server 2003, giving the G45 the bandwidth to meet the ever growing demands of today’s server applications. The motherboard also offers the SOHO customer RAID support in the form of RAID 1 mirroring.
